Never played UO, but I imagine it was somewhat similar style? Kind of like a MOBA meets MMO.

UO was practically the antithesis of a MOBA, so no. The only thing it shares in common with that trash is a fixed overhead camera.

Also, stop paying for alpha tests of games with copypasted concepts promoted by decade-old buzzwords.
