Where is the obvious option that most people would certainly pick if you'd put it on there, "any system is fine as long as everyone agrees on it beforehand"?

So 95% of people on the server will let their friends get nice items, just not random dudes. That ought to shut up the NBG fanatics.

those random dudes usually become friends or atleast acquaintances when you treat people right.
