Default Moon-like gravity and laggy running

Hello, when I am running I run normal speed, then for about 2 paces I am super slow and then I go back into normal speed. Also when I am slowed down if I jump i stay in the air for literally 3 seconds. Anyone got a clue on this one?

It means look in my signature, and use the universal installer and pick the option to fix the CPU issue.

or if you use Eqemu go to options and checkbox to use 1 core.
