Not all changes are listed in the notes. If it gets a "Fixed, pending update" then it should be in game.

He definitely hit me for 4 digits when I was messing with him on Monday. I'll check my logs when I get home from work. He does like to cast a lot which might help make the encounter a bit more doable.
