The dominoes have been put into motion.

1. Chooch took Nothxu's stuff - I admit to being a total dirt bag.
2. Nothxu never shared his account's information, he was indeed hacked. He never gave his account info to me.
3. There are NO rules against taking someone's gear on this server - a point reiterated by the GMs.
4. Despite violating NO RULES the account that has the items is banned, was banned immediately, and remains banned to this day.
5. Despite rumors, none of the items have been moved off of that banned account by my hand - see above, the account is banned.

Nothxu, I apologize for being a dick, I apologize for not telling you the whole truth (basically a lie), and I apologize for doing something horrible to someone undeserving. You were never meant to be put in this situation and you are a damn good guy.

I would double check the fact your AoN may have been sold to Gyno. I think you can read between the lines here and what that would mean if it were true...

So, people who play this server: Nothxu's account was indeed hacked and the perpetrator's account was banned. If no rules were broken, why would the account be banned? If the account is banned, why is Nothxu not getting a restore? More troubling, how is it possible for gear on a banned account to be sold to another player?
