Cant see Characters

I downloaded EverQuest Titainium on a computer but I cant see the characters in game or before I enter the game. Can you please help me with what im doing wrong.

yes I have followed all the steps uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I think it might be with my files.

If you're running Windows 7 of any sort it seems there are issues with character models across the board, players and npcs (all forms... mobs, merchants, guards, etc.) are all distorted in some form or fashion and there currently isn't a fix unfortunately.

If you're running another OS, you most likely are suffering from the same issue as v52 created these problems in the first place for the first time ever on this project. Staff has yet to make any form of announcement on the acknowledgement of the issue.

Once things have settled from the release of Green, I'm sure they'll get around to figuring it out.
