Game Mechanics: Hail comma

Somethin been bugging me as of late, recall that when you'd press H to hail a person/npc, it didn't use to have a comma after the "Hail".

Like, instead of "you say, 'Hail, Soonog'
it would be "you say, 'Hail Soonog"

Tried looking up patch note lists, couldn't find any notes about when this was changed. Closest to anything related to hail command changes I got was this one:

I think this bug is about how the original hotkey worked with Player Characters.

pre-patch: pressing H would say "Hail", when a PC was targeted.

post-patch: pressing H would say "Hail, %T", when a PC was targeted.
