PermaDeath PvP Server is live and awesome

Soooo forum mod Secrets started his server, its rockin...not much of a community yet but its fun thus far. Concept, FFA PvP, you die you start back at level 1....corpses can be looted by anyone you lose everythign unless you get back to it in time.

Group bonus xp is in effect, leveling is pretty nice considering the loss of levels when you die, CLASSIC, KUNARK and VELIOUS only, level cap 60...Custom Content includes taking Keeps, and controllign lands as a guild. You cant kill guild or group mates, or heal people outside group..

my spell file is working fine...there are some bugs...uses /ooc for IRC chat across server and GM is there most of the time....report bugs to Secrets, we have found some already

I don't see the point if dying negates all the effort you put in up to that point =/ Maybe super-severe penalties for dying or something...You can't take risks.

the piotn of a perma death server is to have fun...realize you have to work together and know what your doing and what you can do....also if you get a bad rep good luck not getting shanked....and Griefing is not a good idea either

I dont care how die hard you are on not griefing, If you see someone at 5% HP you know your going to finish them off.

It sounds a lot more fun than this server, ie there will actually be things to do, so I think im going to try it. But max level is 60? I thought it was 25?
