I need a Dev answer on this one... Can faction with Mistmoore with the outside mobs be raised to amiable and the inside raised to dubious AS IT WAS IN CLASSIC HYAH!? Castle Guardian only returns if his castle is in order.

Gonna grind out classic xp then insane faction on a soon-to-be-wiped alpha server to test if I wanna reroll to do the same thing... All GM has to do is mass spawn mobs on the faction and blast em all AE, til it says your faction can't get any better then go con mobs. 5 minutes, done, definite +1 to population if it works or when he sees it doesn't and fixes it.
