Go to work to make $$$ Eat Whatever the heck I want cuz I can Go home and see the misses (great cardio IMO) Drink Beer, Eat, Play EQ Bed Rinse and repeat, who gives a flying hoot about what you can do in the gym, is the US being invaded, do those reps help you out in your day to day life? Live by doing whatever the hell makes you happy (most guys who want to get all swoll in the gym are doing it to impress other dudes...what does that say about you?)
