Evasive will reduce npc procs and precision is the best pve disc for dps.

Really, it depends on how quickly whatever it is your group is killing will die. All proc weapons have the same chance to proc, which is your the quotient of your DEX and 255, multiplied by 1.5, with 0.5 added to that, and that value divided by how many times you will swing your weapon in a minute. Half that value for your OH. Basically, with 255 DEX, if the fights are lastingless than 30sec each, you will be tanking more of the time with a fast weapon in your MH and a weapon with a good ratio in your OH, irrespective of any procs.

using a spells_us.txt parser actually reveals that the blood point proc, Siphon, has a +200 hate mod on it. probably not classic, but it explains why it does higher aggro than expected.

Staff of battle on the cheap for good lower lvl aggro. And make your way to DN for an infestation, massive aggro proc. Better do it before next patch as he gets a major nerf on spawn time.

got a willsapper, that with club offhand sometimes frostbringer aggro is ezpz almost with taunt alone sub 60 still 0 issues.
