Default 40 Nihilum showed up for Nagafen years after box released - No Variance killing Red99

No variance does not allow for competition, even years after the box was released Nagafen is still easily killed with a time commitment of about 30 mins out of a week.

If GM's do not address the static timer and how easymode this box is for the #1 guild it will continue to stay low pop and uninteresting/boring.

We have years of experience with Red99, we know it doesn't work - one guild has kept all mobs down the entire time, it's too easy.

It isn't even a debate anymore, this is broken.

If they had to keep trackers on top of Naggy, and actually had to invest some sort of effort into getting him, as with all the 7 day timers, this box would be an environment that underdogs could actually compete in.

Ty for your time GM's.

How is it broken? Just come and kill us. Easy solution. You lost at PvP, we win the dragon. It's simple.

It is too one sided, much like any server in EQ history to take on the #1 spot head on.

The problem is the static timers allow you to keep all of them down, forever, with minimal effort like has been done since release of the box up until Velious with even Draco/Naggy/Vox.

Box is easymode, it's too easy for #1 to take mobs that competing guilds depend on.

The pop/raid situation has proven this over the years pals.

ho hum Feen you are right. lets pvp 15 people 50-60 against 40 people at 10 am on a workday. the nihi open door recruiting policy pretty much guarantees this won't happen.

this is what happens when a guild plays purely for themselves not also aiming to help promote server growth.
