Default Tinkered item questions

1) Can you recharge Gnomish Vanishing Devices and Clockwork Watchman armor with 0 tinkering skill e.g. as a non-gnomes?

2) Can non-gnomes use the clicky effects on Clockwork Watchman armor?

3) Can Stalking Probes be recharged at all?

4) Are the batteries stackable?

Yes to the first part (zero skill), no to the second. Only Gnomes can do the combine.

Look up the pieces on the wiki. They all say "Can Equip" on the item cards. That means you have to meet the class and race requirements before you can click them. In this case, GNM only.

Yes, at a vendor. That means finding a vendor with less than a full inventory, selling them a charged stalking probe, and then selling all of your uncharged stalking probes. When you buy them back, they will have the same amount of charges as the first one you sold. It will cost about 4pp each to buy them back.
