I've seen people put a couple leaves of spinach inside their burgers too, supposedly helps to hold in the juices as it cooks.

i made vegan BLT cheese burgers yesterday.
Maple slow cooked soy bacon. Pepper jack soy cheese. Lettuce. Onions. Portabella mushroom burger (much better then boca) fresh roll from local deli and a delicous Honey Dijon mustard. mine sounds so much better
I mean, I didn't note I put lettuce tomato onion pepper jack cheese ketchup and mustard on top also. plus mine's not boring vegan so I wouldn't even need that :P It's ok tho. I'm a hipster

honestly the only thing i miss being vegan? seafood
i was an avid angler if you will, my grandfather / uncle have a boat they take out in summer. the past two years are the only years i havent renewed my state license. fresh flounder / clams/ crab <3 processed hormone injected shit. </3 | ||
