Default Marsh bears appear to be missing in Feerrott

I've been all over this zone and did most of my leveling here up to 14 and have never seen a marsh cub or bear. I saw a thread where someone said they weren't supposed to be in the area pre Luclin but I am positive they were. I played way back before the game had any expansions and only had Kunark and Velious when I quit playing and I 100% remember them being there, I believe accross the river to the west.

I couldn't find anything older than January 2001, so I guess just disregard this. It was a long time ago and I could certainly be off about the time. Honestly though, I don't really see the issue with the zone having those spawns, since it seems to be a better balance for Ogre races giving them access to the materials needed for tailoring and such. I had to go to Mountains of Rathe to get any skins and that was at a higher level than the bears would have been in Feerrott.

I suppose it's no biggie though.

Anything up to around nov 2001 will suffice, really.

The issue is that if they weren't there in era, they shouldn't be here. Otherwise, we might as well have beastlords, because "it seems to be a better balance"

This isn't about balance, it's about remaining as close to classic as possible within the circumstances.
