Bag of the tinkerers sells for 5250 from a vendor and they're basically the same item.

tinker bag is better and does not have a half dozen people selling them for 1500p at any given time.

The tink bag is only marginally better, that doesn't justify such a difference in the price of the two items. 5K is the market price for a box of abu kar (it was the market price on most Live servers also, for this reason). It's not proper to argue with a seller over his prices. If you don't like my prices just don't buy what I'm selling.

sell it (or try) for whatever you want i am simply clarifying anothers comment, box of abu kars are free, the server is flooded with them since most people get 1 - 3 during the course of levelling and you can only have one given that their lore.

this is why their selling for 1500p as opposed to tinker bags (which are not currently in game, were designed as a money sink with a higher price tag, are better and not lore)
