Initiate Symbol of Cazic Thule for an Iksar

As I lvl 19 IKS SHM, this Item looks very useful. My question is how would an IKS get into paineel and talk to Sern Adolia the cleric GM in Paineel? The symbol is no drop so I would have to be there for the turn in.

You need faction by killing guards in erudin, once you're level 35 you should be able to solo ones inside pretty easily, not bad exp either. Took 2 or 3 hours on my troll, I assume double that for an iksar. Pretty sure you need indifferent faction

Thanks Lojik, Looking at Erudin I am going to assume the best strategy is to get a port to Tox and with inv run past the outside guards. Any advice once inside on where to pull to that would be safe from pathing?

There are around 10 guards who aren't particularly close to each other near the docks, you should be able to keep pulls to 2 or less, and once it's broken it's not bad. They are paladins so watch out for loh, I had found if they are not rooted at low hp they dont loh, but that may have changed. Wolf form for paineel faction no longer works. And yes invis and run past.

Btw very useful item for leveling 40-53.

Killing the guards in the palace causes them to respawn as water elementals, which have about 50 hp and award yet another faction hit. It took about three hours to obtain the neck on my Iksar Shaman, and it is indeed very nice. The Disciple charm (same thing except for Animals) quest is ingame, but is bugged and awards a Ringmail armor piece instead. Since it was already confirmed that this quest did exist in Kunark, we are just waiting for it to be fixed.
