Kerra Island is decent 5-15ish. I'm only 54 and most of the people I've taken here are single target so the pulls stay relatively small, a 60 druid with an aoe class may run out mobs.

They drop pieces for the Magician focus item quests and they are pretty good exp to duo around the low-mid 30s, so I wouldn't say that there is no one ever there killing them. It was pretty hit or miss for me.

Got the earring and bracer.. now I have an aoe question. What lvl is it a good idea to start having the pl'ee use point blank aoe to hit the mobs? It seems like the spell would generate a lot of agro.. do the mobs ever turn on the pl'ee? Are there ways to prevent it? Also, what happens if a few of the many mobs the aoe hits resists it? The pl'ee then has to figure out which ones resisted it by tabbing through mobs and finding ones that are 100%? Seems like a lot of trouble, is it that much more effective than having the pl'ee Melle each one once? I have a smoldering brand I will lend my client

They only need to cast AoE damage spell once to get credit, some classes can do it as low as level 4.

Right. But that 1 aoe spell won't generate more agro than snare? I am under the impression aoe spells generated massive agro.

No it won't, the damage is too low. If you are afraid, just snare everything multiple times with gloves.
