My bro, cousin and I are going to try and run the Sarnak Fortress in LOIO sometime this week. We are first-time toons on Red, so this is an exciting moment for us. We aren't really Rp-ers but we are definitely in it for the immersion (and the exp).

Level 30 just so happens to be the level damage cap goes away. There is a reason those rogues aren't 31+ and they probably aren't looking for exp.
