Seen a lot of these people in skelly illusion yes, but not many of them use it regularly, which causes me to believe they just borrowed for a click.

Jizzar/nizzar was spotted pvping without skelly illusion mass pvp fear plane only a week ago, i think if nizzar had one he would use it

Haven't seen insurance in a loooong time, but when he played he was never skelly illusion for pvp when i fought him
