Default Can't get past user agreement

So I've never had an issue on my desktop with P99 but I decided to try and throw it on my laptop as well. Install went okay but when I open the game I can't seem to get past the decline/accept of the user agreement. I can move my mouse around and both the decline and accept buttons register that I'm hovering over it but I just can't click it.

I read a few people have had problems with resolution so I already fixed that in the eqclient.ini but the problem persists.

I really don't know what else to do kind of at a loss here. No errors or crashes everything seems to be fine on that end just can't click and I don't know why.

What have you done to the resolution? Have you made it something super small, like 800x600, and tried?

First I changed it from 1920x1080 to 1600x900 and nothing. Tried some other resolutions including 800x600 and they all open fine but still the same problem.

Yea tried that too and no luck but wasn't sure if that was something you could even do.

Make sure eqgame.exe is set as an exception in all firewalls/anti-virus on your computer

Start with windows firewall, that piece of shit has stopped me from interacting with games before

Also -- Making sure you're running EQ as an administrator and run it in compatibility mode (windows xp service pack 2 or 3 should be fine) might help. Maybe not, but it always fixed issues I had in the past.

Actually have already done both of those things but just going over them right now to make sure I didn't screw up somehow. Also double checking any drivers just in case.

I did happen to notice that when launching the client my Nvidia control centre says that there are no games being run with the card. I'm not sure if that's an issue or not.

Alright looks like I figured it out thanks for all the help.

If anyone else happens to get this problem I had to fiddle with the dedicated and integrated graphics cards. For whatever reason Nvidia didn't want to recognize the EQ files at first but after a whole bunch of random clicking in frustration it finally caved in to my determination.
