Sevalak
Sevalak is being left up for a few days for any guild not included in our raid agreement.

I'm confused... which guilds is this post aimed at?
Sevalak is in the very back of NToV. Smaller guilds not in your agreement don't have Locket bound rogues or monks. Pulling with an FD Necro pet is possible but it still requires someone bound to train up. They surely aren't going to clear from the entrance to the back of NToV for this. Perhaps offer assistance with the pull and train up and some guild could take advantage of this? Or offer up a mob a little more accessible like Dozekar because of his faction neutral status located near the entrance or Ikatiar due to his proximity to the entrance.

Maybe the lower guilds could fight to it like normal. Hydra could do that.

That's a very long fight up, especially for a guild with no experience pulling in NToV.
Don't get me wrong, the gesture of leaving mobs up for smaller guilds is lovely. But this particular mob is one of the most unfeasible targets for these smaller guilds to get a rare opportunity on without assistance pulling it by more established guilds.

Why doesn't AG use this opportunity to do a coveted ToV crawl. Oh, yeah.
