Dispelling a raid mob with a force that is not powerful enough to engage the mob is obviously weak sauce. A pure grief tactic. Red has a very low population these days. How can we expect the server to thrive, inactive players to return and new players to enjoy themselves when there is a whole guild dedicated to the "If I can't have it you can't either" mentality? If they fought for the mob that would be legitimate. But one guy running up kamikaze mode to dispel a slow.... We all know the truth. Make them fight not "troll".

The problem is you spend 5 minutes trying to land slows on these things only to have it dispelled in 2-4 seconds of focused pells.

With velious raid encounters I'd say it's intentional zone disruption and equivalent to training.

One player running in and dispelling a mob and never actually mounting a direct attack against another player is PvNPC.

I guess HPT considers using MQ valid pvp but not dispelling raid mobs.
