Default Starting Points for PvP Monk

Thinking about making a monk on RED99. I heard that DEX is a very viable option to put stats into for pvp because tstaff is so dominant. Any RED players able to back this up for me or should I go for the standard 20 points into stamina?

can confirm. even tho i liked Red for what it's worth. play Red cause you wanna play alone, don't play Red cause you wanna PvP.
