Sativa or Indica

Depends really. A good Sativa strain if I'm feeling froggy and want to go hiking/walking, disc golfing or doing anything active in general.

Or a nice Indica if I wanna couchlock to some movies, games etc.

Sativa/Indica hybrid is the way to go. Not as likely to couch lock my ass as straight Indica.
