Very nice.

But how in the hell do you have 2 hotbars? Looks the the same UI I have, spell gems and everything, but I can never get more than 1 bar open at once.

Check key shortcuts in options (Alt+O?). You can toggle like up to 5? hotbars and set hotkeys for them.

Wow and you are TMO too - how did they let you in?

There's actually an issue with the UI displaying additional hotkey bars off the screen due to the X,Y position in the UI files. I forget how to fix it.

Also, Somnia.. you can't talk shit when using Luclin models.

For some reason this thread was copied over to the Melee forum, where someone did make a post as recently as 2 days ago. Maybe he was referring to that.
