What's "Start the Abuse"?

Date: June 28th (ALREADY HAPPENED) Time: 6pm Eastern Zone: West Karana http://wiki.project1999.com/West_Karana Teams: up to 4 members(must have at least one and ONLY ONE cleric) Type: All teams must be flagged red by P O Discord (Qeynos) Purse: 1st 20k, 2nd TBD. 3rd TBD- This will be held TBD at 6pm eastern time. The maximum number of participants on a team is 4. The object of the game is to drop off your cleric in the end-zone. All teams will start off in the Start-zone(Spot 9 Guard tower) progressing to the End-zone(spot 4 guard tower). The most successful teams should destroy the opposing team with a gladiator type mentality. No goodwill or sportsmanship will be tolerated! Tournament will be conducted in a bracket style with a wildcard presented in the losing bracket. As always with a Mechlingburger and Mitico LLC production A "twist" could occur, be wary be ready! Starting rules: Before each event you will have a 2 min buff window to buff you/r teammates. Teams must start in Start-zone. Teams are ONLY allowed to rezz in Start_zone. If you die in the field a team member has to drag the rotten corpse back to the Start zone. Clickies are allowed in this area but must be only cast on self or members in the start zone area. No attacking will be permitted in the Start-zone. You are not allowed to use an increase in run speed at ANY TIME. Field play: You must destroy the other team and/or get your cleric to the End zone (Spot 4 Guard Tower). T-staff is outlawed. No clickies can be used in this area! You are not allowed to use an increase in run speed at ANY TIME Ventrilo: Teams will be put in their own event channel. Event Directions will be streamed with story-line and event feeds will be present. Storyline- As told from Mitico Caretaker Messenger of “The Merchants of Qeynos”. The Merchants of Qeynos are conducting business in trepidation and their bankroll is dwindling from loads of plat to contents of copper. Have you heard? You must have by now? In the night those West Karana guards have been slaughter by the opposition. I fear the “invisible bastards” are slaughtering guards, my traveling merchants, and aspiring musical gypsies! My heart can not take much more! The Merchant of Qeynos and guards of West Karana are looking for the finest of cleric. A most powerful cleric that knows how to rezz and more importantly knows how to NOT DIE! I am sure a cleric of this skill must come with an elite group of comrades?
