Bind Sight counts as offensive spell to guards....
So casting bind sight on a player who stands next to guard where you have lower faction counts as a offensive spell.
This isn't classic, fix please!

Evidence of non classicness?

Bind sight doesn't aggro mobs, does it? It's not an offensive spell.

Yeah, pretty confused as to why it's triggering guards if it doesnt cause aggro on npcs.
Will look at it. | ||

Apparently spells can be coded as 'beneficial', 'detrimental', or 'all'. Bind sight is set to be an 'all' spell. The guard aggro code was checking only if the spell != beneficial rather than if the spell was detrimental.
TL;DR - fixed pending patch. | ||
