NPC Spawn Issue: Ancient Croc spawn broken

been at camp for over an hour and not a single mob has spawned

Showed up to AC camp; bard was there killing the PHs. Said they didn't have any issues.

Anyone else?

Fixed I think. What I added to script should also attempt to fix it if broken. This check will occur every 15 minutes. So, if it breaks, note the time and report back with issues.
