2 players same internet

Ok so me and my best friend live in the same house and we share our i-net. I wanna know if we can play together without being banned. I tried to file a petition but it just says it is under construction so an answer would be great, please and thank you.

Go to the petition section of this forum and make a petition there. You can play with him, but if you dual box (play both characters yourself, even if it's just buffing, healing and/or porting) you will get banned.
