He specifically said Texas won't secede even when the state wants it. He knows the world of pain the state would go through. Did he change his mind? Personally, I say let them fuckin secede. After needing to shell out billions in border security, taxes everywhere skyrocketing to cover deficits (federal subsidies), and tourism hitting rock bottom they'll come crawling back. Even Perry's peanut sized brain knows this. Its a quick way for all of the US to turn blue. So, bring it on.

secession will never happen. Last time states tried it the civil war happened. Curious though, isn't texas a large oil state that still has a lot of it?
