Raid Suspension: Inglorious Basterds

Inglorious Basterds is under Raid Suspension From the next Hoshkar, effective immediately, for the following violations of the following raid policy:

Explanation: Poked of IB trains Hoshkar on top of TMO at the VP entrance. Since IB conceded the rest of VP, they will not be getting a week. but because IB was already going for VS when VP was conceded, i feel they dont have a good enough claim for the concession to be the only punishment.
