If you have the Tolapumj's Robe which is 36% Haste and the Rod of Annihilation you are a total killing machine. Scary damage for a Caster weapon wise. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

If by pretend you mean do 20-30 dps then you're right.
