Well if TMO refused to talk to IB's guild leader to resolve it's really on them. Just because TMO has a hardon for Getsome and ignores his efforts to resolve the issue does not mean no effort was made.

You guys have no one to blame but yourselfs for not trying to work it out with the GL. As it stands you guys clearly have no interest in working things out or it would have been discussed with IB and TMO leadership
Grow the fuck up and work your shit to avoid the CSR involvement in the first place. You don't always get to pick and choose who you deal with from an opposing guild.
