Start at WL zoneline, and head towards the CS pot. Instead of making a left towards the gate, head right down a long hallway, then turn left and you will fall down a pit. Spell vendors are inside the drop. | ||

It's a room full of vendors, so if you are kos you can sneak to buy without agro issues.
