max attack power pre bard songs?

just curious, majority of the rogues i was guilded with never broke 1490 without bard epic or songs to boost atk past that. this was primal/SoN/CotP and atleast 1 AoB item(2 don't appear to stack for extra regen or atk else would hit 1500atk with doze mask + dain belt)

with songs i think you can get to around 1540 or at the very least 1520 but its been a while since i tested. Don't recall if AoB is supposed to stack, or if it ever will on p99 if so?
