GPU Spikes every ~5 seconds

Im having a strange issue. Every 5 seconds about i get a spike in my GPU processors. I run dual Geforce GT 650M's in SLI mode. I have tried running only one, and i get the same issue. The spike is only when EQ is my current window. if it is in background, as in right now while im on Chrome, it does not spike my GPU. It only occurs when EQ is top window. Also i run a dual display. The spikes are in no way related to game activity, in this SS i was looking at a wall for all spikes, and my GPUs are capable of far more than EQ.

I have updated drivers, tried running 1 card, tried SLI, tried restarting, updated windows. Not sure what else to do, but its getting annoying!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have only been noticing error since the latest patch, about. Not sure if it was happening before but i am just now noticing it.
