Default Ogre Shaman Creation Question

For those of you that have created an Ogre Shaman.

Did you place +5 into AGI to bring it up to 75 in order to avoid the mitigation penalty?

Or do you just rely on your AGI buff to get the job done?

At the moment I'm thinking 25 WIS, 5 STA.

I know a few people has suggested to put all points possible into STA.
Since shaman only get 2.5 hp per point of STA, it seems like a waste to dump 25 points into STA for a measly return of 63 hp's.

Or have you checked on a regular basis how many 50+ shaman sit in EC on a daily basis LFG for hours?

I rolled a shaman earlier this week and for 5 hours consistantly i went back and forth between killing and getting buffed up by the same 54 shaman sitting LFG in the tunnel.

Sucks to think about the fact that I would be adding an additional toon to that LFG list.. and theres no way in hell im sitting around for 4+ hours lfg.

Default would of went with agi

i would of went with 5 agi just because you dont have to worry about it at all and you got to think of stamina as your mana pool to with canni and all. But either way 25 wis is good too, wont make or break you.

Will you have access to any sort of gear starting out? If so, it's pretty easy to get above 75 AGI without even trying hard. If not, it's not a big deal to keep Feet Like Cat up, but it might annoy you to have to refresh it along with all your other buffs.

In the long run, 5 points here or there really won't make a significant difference, but it might make things a little more convenient early on.

From level 5 onward, these 5 points will be the least of your concerns thanks to your buffs.
Wis/Sta is the way to go. I'd personnaly go 25/5 but your mileage may vary, there is no definite answer.

I think the consensus of most shamans is that mana pool is irrelevant once you get canni and especially torpor, so stamina should be your principal investment.

Blue Server ONLY:

1) 5 Agility
2) Max Stamina
3) Rest into Wisdom

stamina only gives shaman like a couple hps or so a point...almost worthless, altho i would take the 5 pts into sta vs the agility...dump all points into wisdom...a stronger mana pool = more damage in pvp and/or healing/buffing/etc...all shaman races should max wisdom first, especially on a pvp server
