Well, some loser moved this to PvP RnF. The unemployed, racist losers who play on Red99 can farm in peace throughout their 30s and 40s. By the time the pulmonary embolism travels from Tune's translucent Gollum-legs to his brain after nine straight years of swarming mobs he will probably have six characters with Vulak items.

OP has some really good points and I think this is a very good idea. I especially like the part where he states character progress should be carried over.
