I would recommend red light therapy with the right wattage to the testicles rather than IVU

Red light therapy is proven for joints and circulation, would probably have a better chance of a positive effect

Nothing compared to TRT tho. Get a blood test to have a better idea

No caffeine rule? Hard pass

I wish I could get tested to see what my resting metabolic rate is. Apparently Willie T burns 2800 calories/day resting while the average person burns 1995

Hah I just moved to Seattle, our NP's have been CRAZY this summer but its mostly relegated to the more accessible areas. The subalpine meadows around Paradise on Rainier got completely trampled by stargazers a few weeks back at peak wildflower season. Good weather. Gonna do Olympic this fall and training for Rainier next summer.

2.5 days on
