because there is no one want to do the quest with the real one ( give the bad faction ).
i think the one who wrote that message thought the one who give the good faction is the real one and he doesn't know by talking to the quest starter can pop him instead of killing

If anyone really wants to turn this inert potion in to the real Slansin heres how it's done. First off you need to spawn the fake Slansin by telling Toresian "I wish to assist Toresian". Then go down and kill the fake Slansin. This will cause the real Slansin to spawn in the back room.
FYI the reward sucks, the faction hits you take for killing the fake Slansin sucks, and the faction you get for turning in the bottle to the real Slansin doesnt justify the means. Just wanted to answer the questions on the real slansin.
