This service is available for Bards, Clerics, Wizards, Mages, Necros, and Druids. This is done in Overthere. Listed as 30-46 (can start at 29) but can be done up to 51. This is the absolute fastest way to power level these levels and I guarantee you will be satisfied. The pricing reflects the sheer speed and quality of this service. From level 30-46 you can expect a total elapsed time of 6 hours.

31 - 3k
32-35 - 2.5k each (10k total)
36 - 3.5k
37-40 - 3k each (12k total)
41 – 4k
42-45 – 3.5k each (14k total)
46 – 6.5k
47 – 5k
48 – 6k
49 – 7k
50 – 8k
51 - 9k

30-46 - 55.5k - this is done in usually 2-3 sessions
47-51 - 35k

Gearing: Your character does not need to have excellent gear, but needs some. Less gear = less exp = longer leveling times.

well worth it , averaged real close to 3 pulls an hour , got nearly a lvl a pull 37 to 40 , and about 4 yellow 41 to 47, .....40 and 45 naturally took a couple pulls ... If you want fast PL Capi is the man .

I haven't counted. I'd venture at least 40+, I'll investigate this on my next few pulls. Look carefully at which classes can do this. Maybe I'll even post a screenshot, who knows

Actually I don't use the macros for the way people normally swarm kite. Mine is a bit different. But usually it's a /stop song /cast dot /pause 27 or something then stop song cast selos

My method is unique to any other PL people I have seen, but still can only do PB aoe classes unless you can partner with one.

Just not very excited about EQ anymore; game isn't as fun when you're level 60 ha. It would be cool to get epic, but hey, that's a lot of grinding if I'm not having very much fun.

Why do you think that? The only thing you can't do anymore once you're 60 is ding yet another level, but you CAN do things that you couldn't before. I understand the burning out when it kinda seems like you've got nothing more to look forward to (I've quit p99 for extended periods 3 different times I think, one of which was after I dinged 60 with a bard :p), but imo if you poke around a bit with Zanderr or with an alt, you should have no problem finding other things that are a lot of fun to do on p99.

My p99 burnouts were primarily from maxing out classes that were reliant on other players in order to play much/at all. It's a lot easier to get tired of being a 60 rogue/warrior/wizard/cleric/etc (or even a bard) than it is to get tired of being 60 with a chanter/shaman/necro/etc.

Not sure what you mean by classic since it's a kunark zone. But Overthere was a huge group leveling zone for lvl 30s during in kunark era on live.

I don't even care that people power level here, but it's courteous to not do it on a Friday/Saturday evening and keep pulling every last cactus, rhino, tiger, and cockatrice from Skyfire ramp after our group politely asked if he could leave some up for us.
