ok I looked around, didn't see anything so figured I would go ahead and ask. I am sure I overlooked the answers somewhere though and if so I am sorry. It has been since Velious since I last played so excuse me if I ask stupid questions.
Anytime I have a question, I will just refresh this thread instead of making other threads.
1. Can I have a bot, or two box as some call it? aka Necro/Cleric Bot.
2. I see on the server name it is a Progression server. Does that mean it is going to move through all of the expansions? Could someone assist me here? Currently all I have installed for the emu is Titanium, will I need to go get all of the expacs in order to follow along with the server progression?
3. Is this server currently classic zones (only)?
4. Are the zone mobs, (named mobs) as they are on live, so if I want to camp a named it will be here like it is on live and with the same loot?

No you cannot 2 box or have bots.
This server thus far does not have plans to beyond Velious.
See previous answer.
Spawns work like they do on live except there are probably spawn variances i.e. Quillmane's spawn is different here than it is on live.

1. No, no 2boxing allowed here, and the server is emulating classic, so no bots either.
2. It will go up to velious as of now, wich is more then 1 year ahead still thou, since kunark is not even released. This server is trying to follow the classic timeline.
3. Yes, classic only.
4. Yeah, if you are talking about Live Classic.

I was reading something and this popped in my head. Back in the day, original classic EQ the Dark Elf mask was camped in Najena and any race could use it with any class. Is this the same here? I remember on Vallon Zek a friend of mine played an Ogre Sk and got the Mask.
edit: Or was it Jboots that dropped in Najena?
edit: Or was it both the boots and the mask, gah its been so long ago I cannot remember.

Guise of the Deceiver was changed to BRD/ROG shortly after introduction. The same is true of this server, as it is now BRD/ROG.

No, guise of the deceiver remains untouched. Althou it stopped dropping and is now replaced with Mask of Deception (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=1875)
But we are past this stage already, manastones do not drop anymore, the guise does not drop anymore, rubicite etc. etc. all is out of the loop
Jboots are quested with the Ring of Ancients.
Fabled jboots dropped in Najena.
But I thought that the normal jboots were quest only.

The Fabled jboots dropped in Najena because the original jboots used to drop in Najena. The camp was so sought after they removed the drop and turned it into a quest. Also similar to removing Rubicite and adding in class-specific armor quests for those who could use Rubicite, since there were so many players waiting for a Rubicite camp and high levels monopolizing them.

It at least covered all of the ones in your OP.
Hope it helps!

I did not know that.

I appreciate all the info, thanks folks. I know old EQ was rough, even the xp gain was rough. I think I will enjoy the taste of old school one more time.
