Power Leveling

Looking to get my L14 shaman to 20-24 or so. I am just so disgusted with the shaman spell list at low levels. Looking for someone semi-experienced; preferrably in a zone where we won't disrupt too badly, i.e. not unrest/kurns.

If this sounds like your kinda thing please let me know estimated time/cost, your level and class, etc.
