If prices are firm, whats the point of current offer? just curious cause i'll make some offers as well, but with firm prices anything less won't be accepted right?

Right.. All prices are firm... I am taking offers on the cloak... That's why it only says to makes offers on the cloak. If you need me to throw in some more context clues for you to see that let me know and I will delete this thread and start a new one and write it as if I were writing for a audience of six year olds...
