Until 2009 Texas was 1 of 4 states that wasn't completely bankrupt. Perry came in and fucked that up though.
I am pretty sure all the states are totally fubar'd now, but haven't looked at it in a couple years.

LOL I should have read the comments first and turned the volume down. I don't want to sound like a callous asshole, but in all seriousness why do the zoning laws there let you build a community right next to a powder keg? Put that shit in the middle of a fucking field miles away from civilization. That part of Texas looks uninhabited as all hell anyway.

Think of all the pollution they avoided by giving their workforce a shorter commute

When you live in northern NJ golf courses look uninhabited as hell. Too many fucking people here.
That video though, yeah holy shit is right.

Gotta love Texas zoning laws..
They put a school, nursing home, row of apartments, and railroad all within 200 yards of a gigantic Fertilizer plant.

It's at that point you realize that the father can't hear either.
This isn't awesome by the way, initial estimates at 60 dead with hundreds injured. That plant has been there for decades by the way, surrounded by a fucking retirement home, apartment complex, and a god damn middle school. It's retarded.
