TLDR: got proof of monk track, 100% blatant. whats this worth?

I don't suppose you've heard of anti-nutrients, or have spent much time studying the science of nutrition outside of the USDA sanctioned courses they include in high school health classes. I'm actually a little too thin, because I'm very careful about not poisoning my body with carbs and mass-produced meat and insist on a vegan diet. It's hard for me to get all the healthy fats and proteins I need into my diet with just things like nuts and avocado. The ideal diet for a healthy human includes a LOT of healthy meat.

I understand and respect your conviction in this matter, but server integrity seems like it should be more important in the grand scheme of things. If people are cheating and getting away with it in spite of the anti-cheat measures in place, this is a seriously big deal. If Red99 becomes a hacker's paradise like so many other games, I can't imagine it continuing to pull in more players.

If the current anti-cheating system does not work 100%, a lot of the work to prevent it falls upon the players.

I was talking about Zek in a general sense of all of them. I played on TZ and mobs during PvP was customary.

Not every 'Zek server was the same, you know. On VZ it was actually customary to wait for a group to finish killing their NPCs before engaging, unless your targets were known fefs. And the people well-known for training would never be able to join a reputable raiding guild.

Not saying TZ did it wrong; there's just more than one way to play EQ PvP.

lol training was not allowed on tallon zek until the gm's gave up on the server. I know this because not only did I witness plenty of people get suspended for it, I got suspended for some pandefags that couldn't handle losing pvp and resorted to crashing zones.

I'm actually a little too thin, because I'm very careful about not poisoning my body with carbs and mass-produced meat and insist on a vegan diet. It's hard for me to get all the healthy fats and proteins I need into my diet with just things like nuts and avocado. The ideal diet for a healthy human includes a LOT of healthy meat.

Just curious, but if you don't want to get anyone banned, why not just post the vid publicly? The vid would then no longer be valid evidence of MQ use in the eyes of the GMs and we would all be able to see for ourselves what took place.

I was exaggerating with the word poison to better express my point, but it can't be far off when we're talking about fast food. The diet is called paleo and it's based around the study of what humans evolved to eat (as hunter/gatherers). It makes a lot of sense if you're not one that disbelieves the theory of evolution.

Occasional drug use can most certainly be detrimental to one's health, and this is a big part of the reason I'm so careful about what I eat. The body can repair itself, and mine repairs itself better than most. I'm also sure to take in a good amount of sun, get exercise and take nootropics. Sometimes I supplement with more vitamin D, and I always take biotin for my skin, hair and nails. Daily retinal will help to slow down the gross again process in the future, as well.

I don't think you, or most people, truly understand just how important diet is. You can't eat like shit and expect all of that to be undone by exercise.

I was only involved in the raid scene a little bit, being a casual player. When I did have battles over raid targets, the fights started and ended before anyone engaged the target. Maybe some more hardcore VZ players could shed some more light on this.

Yeah you shouldn't eat fast food everyday, but having it once in a while is . And there's absolutely nothing wrong with complex carbs, especially in moderation.

This is correct. We took over Zek when it was merged. Guilds merged to fight us, but in the end, they could not outlast us. AD was the closest, but no one remembers the loser.
