No hopes for EQ Next, they'll need to pull something massive out of the hat to attract more than old EQ1/2 players to it.

Similar for ESO, I'm very interested to see how it's going. Praying its not going to be F2P.

Not sure what to expect either, but still excited nonetheless. Hearing they scrapped the design a few times because it wasn't meeting certain expectations gives me hope.

cant wait, I read that the devs really tried to incorperate more of a sandbox feel to the game. even saying something like it will be the biggest sandbox mmo to date. im expecting good but hoping for more.

Meh instanced worlds of 200 people on ESO right, it could be alright probably end up giving it a try, but EQ next people, have faith, faith I tell you!

I'm definitely interested in it. I am afraid the opposite though. I don't think I want to play games with most modern MMO players - not if they are anything like the WoW community anyway. EQ 1/2 players are fine with me! :P

Where'd you get that info? I'm not finding much info about the game at all.

Well they hired Storybrick http://massively.joystiq.com/2013/04/27/tattered-notebook-eq-next-and-storybricks-sitting-in-a-tree/ which means the NPC have AI which would allow you and themselves to interact and remember players on a personal level. Probably have emotional faction bars to allow them to give you the finger before scowling at you whilst hacking you down with a Swords.

Was also reading about EQ2 housing system, sounds pretty neat if they incorporate it into EQNext for those crazy EC tunnel selling rats to design there own shops and stuff whilst ooc/auctioning there wares. Seems like a more productive pass time.

For it also to run on multiple platforms as well as smartphones would mean back to having no life for us all!

Sound like its gonna be a pretty epic kick ass sandbox.

lol, didnt they just announce a few months ago they were rebooting their entire graphics system? They've got McQuaid working on this now..

I'd totally make my shop look like a wooden lemonade stand given the chance ;)
