when GMs are online they answer petitions ... they are all volunteers so they are not available 24 / 7 ;) you can check with "/who all gm" to see if one of them is online and just send a petition ... usualy works for me ...

Think shes refering to the petition part. Ive had maybe 1 petition answered out of many....probably a good 10 and I made sure GMs were on and stayed patient for long hours waiting with nada.
