Source for Spirit of the Howler

Can anyone confirm/deny if the list at alla's is accurate for who can drop this spell? I wouldn't mind farming in Skyfire for it, but the Project1999 Wiki says L50+ Kunark mobs only, which doesn't sync up.

I got 2 of these within 15 mins a while back off the skellies in Sebilis right before Emp. Hope this helps :)

And I wouldn't follow that list personally, only shows one mob in Sebilis, and I've seen it drop 3 or 4 times there.

You either have this confused with form of the howler here and/or in-game. Hopefully not grats vendor for 15k+ vs 100pp spell sold .

Yes skellies by emp. Could have been the frog roamer near chottal too, cant remember 100%
